  • the norm of budgetary security of expenditures on health care per capita
  • state minimum social standards in the field of health
  • a system for assessing the quality of health care delivery on the basis of outcome models
  • the concept of development of public health services of the Republic of Belarus for 2003-2007
  • a provision on the procedure for the formation of the List of Essential Medicines
  • Regulations on the procedure for the formation of the Republican form of medicines
  • the provision on the Republican Formulary Commission,
  • ethical code of the Republican Formulary Commission
  • a provision on the procedure for the formation of a list of rarely used (orphan) medical technologies
  • a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of medical science (approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 12.12.2011 No. 1236)
