Description of the system

The AS "Medium" is a software complex working on the technology "client-server", and is installed in the local or distributed network of the organization

The main tasks of the system

• Registration of documents on the basis of registration control cards
• Embedding the scanned image of the original paper document in a text or graphic representation or its electronic form in the RCM
• sighting, coordination, approval, signing and dispatch of documents to addressees
• consideration of documents, assignment of resolution, definition of executors, controllers and terms of execution
• control over the status of documents during their movement
• control of the terms and results of the execution of documents, the formation of reports on the status of the performing discipline, etc .
• keeping journals of incoming, outgoing correspondence and appeals of citizens
• Attribute and full-text search of documents located in databases
• Maintaining the nomenclature of cases, the database of correspondents and supporting the organizational structure of the enterprise in the form of separate databases
• Formation of cases and sending documents to the case; built-in e-mail capabilities for each user, cross-level exchange and document registration based on Lotus Notes embedded email within the DOW "Medium"
