Description of the system

IAS "Medicinal provision" is intended for:

  • automation of business processes performed at various levels of the healthcare industry in the conduct of centralized procurement of medicines (hereinafter - drugs) using web technologies
  • сollecting, accumulating, processing, storing and providing information on centralized public procurement of medicines
  • creation of a single electronic database on centralized public procurement of medicines
  • ensuring the relevance, timeliness and consistency of information on centralized public procurement of medicines;
  • creating a common information space for participants in the process of centralized public procurement of drugs, while observing the information security conditions
  • delineation of access rights to information on centralized public procurement of drugs, depending on the authority of the user
  • assessing the dynamics of changes in the nomenclature and the volume of drug purchases, as well as the dynamics of changes in drug prices
