Description of the system

RIAS "Staff" is intended for the recording and processing of information on medical and pharmaceutical personnel in the Republic of Belarus, for personnel management in health care institutions, for forecasting the need for medical and pharmaceutical personnel and planning for admission to medical institutions of education

Provides:
  • formation of the organization structure and staffing
  • formation and management of personal affairs of employees
  • registration of personnel operations (hiring, transferring, moving, dismissal)
  • formation of state statistical reporting
  • formation of the information and analytical subsystem for the heads of the personnel service in the regions and the republic as a whole
